In her time with BCD and its legacy companies, she’s built a reputation for her broad skills in sales strategy, service delivery, program management, performance solutions and building relationships. In her current position as Senior Vice President, Europe, she has played a vital role in designing and facilitating operational and commercial structures that leverage individual markets’ unique opportunities.

Based in London, Lawley will report to BCD President and CEO John Snyder as a member of his global executive team.

– Michèle has been a driving force for many years in our commitment to driving innovation in our clients’ programs and efficiency within our own organization, said John Snyder.

– I’m delighted to welcome her to BCD’s global executive team and I’m confident that our diverse, complex European region will thrive under her leadership.”

Lawley takes over the role from current European President Mike Walley, who is leaving the position in order to take on new responsibilities as member of the STAK [stichting administratiekantoor] Board of Boron, the family company of John Fentener van Vlissingen, founder of the BCD Group. Walley will remain in his role as President of BCD Media & Entertainment, where he has overseen rapid, consistent growth and superlative client retention.
