This partnership represents a key milestone in the realization of this real estate project designed to offer an immersive user experience combining next-generation offices, high-end hotel services, and strong environmental commitments.

– We are delighted to partner with the prestigious international brand Radisson, which shares our vision of a place where work, services, and well-being come together harmoniously. This collaboration strengthens our ambition for a complete ‘lifestyle’ experience that offers comfort, innovation, and proximity, states Christophe Nadal, CEO of the MIMCO Group.

With this signing, Radisson Hotel Group introduces its first upscale Radisson-branded hotel in Luxembourg, catering to corporate guests, the MICE segment, and leisure travelers alike.

The newly built hotel, currently under construction, is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2028. It will feature 163 thoughtfully designed rooms, suites, and studio apartments, positioning the property as a unique destination in the heart of Luxembourg.

Each room will reflect the Radisson brand’s natural design aesthetic, incorporating soothing tones, warm materials, and carefully selected amenities that allow guests to disconnect and recharge.

In addition, the hotel will offer a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a lobby bar, a fitness area, and a range of meeting and event spaces in various sizes, designed to meet the needs of all guests.

Integrated into “The Butler” service ecosystem, this establishment will strengthen the synergies between hospitality and office spaces: high-end dining, daycare, shared spaces, coffee corner, meeting rooms on demand, and a digital application to access all services. This is a unique concept in Luxembourg, centered on daily well-being.

A global player expands its footprint in Luxembourg

Present in more than 120 countries, Radisson Hotel Group is among the world’s leading hotel groups, with 24 hotels, representing almost 4,200 rooms, in operation and under development in the BeNeLux region. Its portfolio of recognized brands and operational excellence make it a reference partner. This collaboration reinforces The Butler‘s ambition: to offer a modern office experience by providing a superior service offering, adapted to the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s tenants.

– This collaboration is part of our ambitious growth plan, focused on expanding our presence and introducing new brands in partnership with leading, innovative groups such as MIMCO Group. The unique combination of hotel and office space near the city center perfectly reflects the Radisson brand promise: delivering upscale hospitality with innovative solutions and welcoming design in prime urban locations, says Valerie Schuermans, Chief Development Officer, Western Europe, Radisson Hotel Group.
