Starting July 1, BCD Travel began servicing Airbus in its four European home markets: France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. BCD already has existing partnerships with Airbus in Canada, China, India, and the United States.
BCD will provide Airbus, a leading aircraft manufacturer, with a digital and flexible service approach to boost the travel experience for its employees. BCD will provide personalized, digital-first service in four languages through a virtual service platform, consisting of a dedicated team of travel agents, and BCD’s award-winning traveler app TripSource®.
The dedicated team will service all 110,000 Airbus travelers in France, Germany, Spain and U.K., offering them extended support hours and better management of their travel itineraries with alerts and real-time messages through TripSource.
