Air France relaunches its cadet pilot programme

As it needs to recruit 250 new pilots every year, driven by natural departures and a significant growth in the Air France, Joon and Transavia fleet, Air France has decided, 8 years after its closure, to relaunch its cadet pilot programme.

Applications can be submitted on the Air France corporate website.

Flight school training will start next summer. For successful candidates, the training, entirely financed by Air France, will take 20 to 24 months in flight schools until the trainees obtain the necessary licenses to become pilots. They will join the Air France group as pilots on A320 or Boeing 737.
