Aeroflot is a global top-20 airline by passenger traffic and aims to carry up to 100 million passengers by 2023, when the airline celebrates its 100th anniversary.

The Wings of Russia Awards were founded in 1997. Awards are given to airlines and airports based on a passenger vote and the opinions of an expert jury.

The key goal of the Wings of Russia Awards is to raise public awareness of the achievements of Russian airlines, help develop the professional community, empower the image of Russian civil aviation in the global arena, and create a favourable investment climate for the industry.
